Arrive at a consensus around the theme
Had them read out, typed out, displayed
A moment of acceptance to be committed
A pledge in silence, as with commencement
Of ownership over an idea that germinated
Circulated, found reception in many a mind
Urged thereby to experiment, see it through
Self-learning from an apparent success:
Be always cool, live the principles
Whatever happens is what could have
Be gentle in nudging to rephrase
Being forceful to effect a change is crime
The missing elements – Board, wall display
Except the Law and Principles and Zones
It did work and the support of faculty
Made the difference and lightened load
